Can one busy client use up all our credits?
Social listening has a monthly ceiling for each business, so one noisy client can’t drain the account. Your usage page shows what every business spent.
Can my clients log in?
Not yet. Today an account has one owner, and you share drafts and reports with clients yourself. Client logins and team seats aren’t available.
Can we white-label it?
Not today. Drafts are plain text, so they carry your client’s voice rather than our name.
Does Perrywinkle post for me?
No. Perrywinkle finds conversations and drafts the replies and posts in your voice. You read them, change what you like, and post them yourself, wherever you choose. Nothing goes out without you.
